'Part P' Regulations

Since 2005 Part P of the Building Regulations has come into force to ensure safety standards for electrical installations in the home. Most domestic work now legally requires notification to the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) department.

Molts Electrical has been independently assessed to ensure we operate to the required high knowledge and safety standards of Part P.

By using us you can be assured that through our NICEIC accreditation :

All work is guaranteed and insured, for a period of 6 years.
We hold public liability insurance.
All work will be tested and subsequently certified.

Once work is completed the customer is provided with an Installation Certificate from us and a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate from the NICEIC to state that work complies with Part P.
